Transform Project Chaos Into Profitable BIM Process

We help Building Owners, General Contractors, and Designers implement and automate BIM processes that eliminate costly errors and recover hundreds of hours lost to manual rework.

Real Project Where BIM Corner Team Was Involved In:

Our team has coordinated digitally advanced construction and infrastructure across Europe – projects that have been recognized at international BIM awards for innovation and delivery excellence.

New Stavanger University Hospital

$1B, 125,000 square meter project in Western Norway. It was one of Scandinavia’s largest builds and among the first constructed directly from BIM models, winning BIM World Champion at the 2018 Autodesk Awards.

E39 Kristiansand vest - Mandal Øst

A major highway project on Norway’s southern coast. The 19 km stretch includes multiple tunnels and bridges, built to improve safety, reduce travel time, and support regional connectivity.

Fornebubanen - Oslo Metro project

€1.6B line with an 8.2 km tunnel and six stations. A model-centric workflow links BoQ, CO₂, and O&M data to one 3D environment, enabling 52 disciplines to coordinate across 2,000+ models.

The Tønsberg Project

The Tønsberg Project is a 45,000 m² hospital expansion in Norway. It was the country’s first IPD contract, mandated IFC for all BIM exchange, cut costs by ~10%, achieved BREEAM Very Good, and won the 2017 BSI Award for its OpenBIM-based FM system.

E16 Randselva Bridge

The world’s longest bridge built without 2D drawings. Designed and constructed directly from 3D models, its paperless workflow cut errors, improved constructability, and streamlined client communication.

E18 Vestkorridoren

The western corridor between Oslo and Asker is being upgraded to create a safer, faster, and more sustainable highway. Its most complex section, E102 Fornebukrysset–Strand, spans about 3.2 km and includes two tunnels and around 40 structures in a dense urban area.

Choose your role:

The Pain:

"Our team is exhausted. We spend more time manually fixing IFC exports and punching properties than actually designing. It’s killing our creativity and our profit margins."

Our solutions:

The Pain:

"The models we receive are impressive but useless for construction. They are full of clashes, missing crucial data, and lead to expensive rework on-site."

Our solutions:

The Pain:

"I pay for BIM, but the data I receive at handover is a mess. I have no idea if it’s actually useful for my facility’s lifecycle."

Our solutions:

BIM Expertise Proven On Site

At BIM Corner, we don’t sell theory.

We’ve spent over a decade on multi-million dollar projects across Europe and Scandinavia. We know exactly where BIM fails in practice and, more importantly, how to fix it.

Our goal is simple: stripping away the tech chaos to make construction practical and profitable. We aren’t here to sell you software. We are your strategic partner focused on one thing – your bottom line.

Opinions About BIM Corner From Our Community:

Firstly, when I read your articles, I learn about the latest technology in the BIM world. Secondly, the information is explained in a useful and simple way. Thank you for your great effort and information.

Malik Almubarak

Mechanical Design Engineer

The content I find from you isn't marketing jargon, but examples of the method's practical application. In my company, as a change leader, I don't have anyone to bounce my ideas off of, so you serve as my sparring partner when thinking about BIM.

Michał Kozłowski

BIM Manager BIM & designer

You bring clarity to processes that seem complicated. I really liked your matrix on the website about priorities in clash checking (first structure, then pipes, and finally electricity).

Joanna Wosiek

Architect & BIM-project responsible

How it works:

1

Discovery Call (15-30 min)

We identify your biggest "bottleneck" and see if we are a fit.

2

Needs analysis

We analyse your situation and propose a specific solution (e.g. a company audit, a workshop or ongoing consultancy).

3

Active Implementation:

We work alongside your team on a live project to ensure results stick.

Opinions About BIM Corner From Our Community:

I read your content to stay up-to-date with BIM news. But the practical knowledge you share is even more invaluable - it's great to read that someone is reaching similar conclusions, and even better when someone else's insights have saved me time on understanding a topic.

Piotr Nowak

BIM Coordinator

I am an assistant professor at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, and as part of my teaching duties, I lead a course on BIM in railway construction. Your blog helps me prepare presentations for my classes with students.

Jacek Makuch

Teaching Assistant, Wrocław University of Science and Technology

This blog is an absolute gem! It breaks down complex BIM topics into practical, real-world insights I use daily in my BIM Coordinator work. Even after reading most of the articles, I keep coming back to refresh my knowledge. It’s easily the most useful and inspiring BIM resource out there!

Turn BIM into measurable results

Don’t let the chaos overwhelm your projects.
Your next 30 minutes could save you 6 months of headache.

Opinions About BIM Corner From Our Community:

I believe you have a healthy perspective on construction management, the way we build, and how we communicate. I truly think this is the future - I mean BIM. You are raising awareness about the need to use and learn more about communicating in BIM. I only wish I personally had more time to attend and follow your courses.

George-Aris Gologan

Civil Engineer

I browse and follow your blog because you try to popularize 'complicated BIM' and explain its concepts in a simple way. This allows me to enrich my vocabulary and arguments to promote it in my daily design environment. Additionally, you organize many issues in one place, making the blog a compendium of knowledge. I sometimes refer people to one of your articles to start a conversation; after they read it, they are already familiar with the topic.

Artur O.

BIM Manager / Software specialist

I read your content because you are practitioners, not the pseudo-experts who are becoming more and more common in the BIM world. I wrote two diploma theses largely based on your blog, which allowed me to develop further with a new employer (CPK) and to pursue a doctorate.
